Writing Assignment

The Pillars of Creation - a photograph taken by the Hubble Space Telescope of interstellar gas and dust in the Eagle Nebula, some 6,500-7,000 light years from Earth. I think this photo is one of the most beautiful and magnificent things that have ever been captured. I can literally stare at it for hours, reveling in the human achievement of photographing things thousands and thousand of light years away, thinking of the days that we will one day be able to see these phenomena with our own human eyes.
For now, we can stick to photographing and documenting natures creations, wether they be on Earth or in a galaxy far, far away.
